Workshops
Intuitive painting as a process of exploration, expression and connection
A space to slow down, explore, create and reconnect with what moves within you
Through guided meditation, music, intuitive painting and my personal guidance, these workshops offer a space to explore creativity as more than a final result. Painting becomes a process of discovery - a way to slow down, reflect, experiment and engage with yourself through a different language.
No painting experience is needed; only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Intuitive painting
Explore what emerges when you create from curiosity rather than certainty
Freedom and play
Let go of expectations and discover what becomes possible when the process matters more than the outcome
Connection
Slow down and reconnect with yourself, your creativity, each other and what is present beneath the surface
Expression
Give shape to thoughts, emotions and experiences that don't always fit into words
Your own journey
There is no right or wrong way to move through the process. You choose what feels meaningful for you.
Many of us are used to approaching life through thinking, analysing and finding answers. While these are valuable tools, they are not the only ways we make sense of our experiences.
Creativity and painting offer a different kind of conversation.
Through color, image, movement, texture, and symbolism, thoughts and feelings can be explored in ways that words sometimes cannot reach. Rather than focusing on creating something beautiful or technically correct, the emphasis is placed on the process itself: following curiosity, responding to what emerges, experimenting with different directions, and allowing meaning to unfold naturally.
The painting often becomes a reflection of something that is already moving within us. Sometimes it reveals a new perspective. Sometimes it raises questions rather than answers. Sometimes it serves as a visual picture to anchor a moment in time - past, present or future. Sometimes it simply offers a moment of play, rest, or self-expression. But I believe it always offers us something which is needed in that moment.
What makes this process unique is that nothing has to be definitive. Layers can be added. Directions can change. Mistakes can become part of the painting. In this way, the canvas becomes a space to explore, respond and experiment without the pressure of having to get it right.
Throughout the workshop, I offer guidance and support while leaving space for your own autonomy. You decide how deeply you wish to engage, what feels meaningful to explore, and where the process takes you.

As a first introduction to intuitive painting, I highly recommend it. Slowly, layer by layer, everything came to the surface. I would definitely like to do this again.
